Survey2PDF is a service operated by AppyReward that allows users to generate PDF documentation from their SurveyMonkey surveys.

Information We Collect

When you connect your SurveyMonkey account, we may collect and store:

SurveyMonkey User ID
Name and email address associated with your SurveyMonkey account
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
Generated PDF documents and related metadata

Survey Data

Survey2PDF accesses survey structure and metadata required to generate documentation.

Important: Survey2PDF does not access, collect, process, or store survey responses submitted by participants.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

Authenticate your account
Generate PDF documentation
Store generated PDF files
Provide customer support
Maintain and improve the service

Data Retention

Generated PDF files remain available in your account until they are deleted by you or your account is removed.

You may delete individual PDF documents at any time from your dashboard.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time.

When an account is deleted:

Generated PDF files are permanently removed
Associated records are deleted
OAuth tokens are removed from our systems
The account is marked as inactive

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information and OAuth credentials against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

Survey2PDF integrates with SurveyMonkey through its official API.

SurveyMonkey is a trademark of Momentive Inc. Survey2PDF is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SurveyMonkey.
